Sports update. We are delighted that we are now able to compete alongside many other schools in a wide variety of sports. We are currently involved in Cross Country, Hockey, Multi-skills Athletics and Tag Rugby competitions. Our teams are inexperienced but make up for this with spirit, team work and determination. We have recently won a '3 school Tag Rugby competition' where we enjoyed victories against Bure Valley and Hevingham Schools. Well done to everyone involved!

Our children are happy individuals who benefit from personalised learning and quality teaching. We work closely with other schools to widen our children's learning and social experiences.

Music Family Learning Day.
We enjoyed three wonderful workshops. These were lead by Steve Gebbett, stories through music with a Peter and the Wolf theme, Creating notes and sounds and recorded notation with Ron Sayer. Rhythm with drums and spontaneous beats with Penny Taylor.
Dave Morrison and Ron Sayer demonstrated their amazing ability as guitarists with an improvised jam. What a day!
We place great emphasis on learning through first hand experiences. Our children take part in many outdoor, practical activities through which much of the curriculum is taught. We maintain the discrete teaching of Literacy, Numeracy and Science. Children learn to apply their skills to practical situations – for example, through their enjoyment of Forest Schools or through developing their Company GREENS!
Our grounds are uniquely beautiful We have a stunning Forest Schools area, field, gardens and amphitheatre. Our forest School and lake area has been extended to include outdoor learning seating, bird hide and safe fire circle. We have improved our school premises by building a large Scandinivian style log cabin which extends our learning, staff and community facilities.
