Log Cabin - October 2011
We are delighted that building has started on our new log cabin. The cabin is built entirely of sustainably forested wood from Estonia. It will be warm and friendly and in keeping with our Forest School ethos.

For the first time in the 149 year history of the school we will have a room dedicated to staff, community, meetings and visitors. Our new log cabin will enable us to have lesson preparation space, meeting and eating facilities and a place to welcome our guests. We are planning to allow members of our local community access to computer and printing facilities. We hope the room will used to increase the number of 'Stay and Play' sessions we currently hold and that we can use the room as a base for families who work with us on a 'Flexi-school' basis. We think it is a very exciting development.
STOP PRESS! The project is completed on November 3rd - well done Anglia Log Cabins, a beautiful job!
